Payment is required in advance of
delivery unless specific credit
arrangements are agreed in writing. All
payments are to be made payable to “NEVTEX” in GB
Sterling. Pre-pay
all charges when using Bank Transfer Service.

products, between our Business Hours of Monday – Thursday: 9am – 2.45pm,
Friday: 9am- 12.45pm, excluding Holidays.
OVERSEAS
CARRIAGE
Packing, Insurance Documentation, Postage, Collection, Export, Import, Duty,
Storage, and all other charges
incurred in the delivery or return will be charged at cost, in advance. Documents will be supplied in accordance with the guide lines
issued by the Freight Company employed. VALUE ADDED TAX (VAT) VAT must be
paid on the total amount including Packing,
Insurance, Carriage. EC customers
trading outside the
United Kingdom
, Registered for VAT in their own member Country,
can subject to Pre-Registration with NEVTEX
and on proof of Export, elect to have the VAT transferred to their
account. Pre-Registered
VAT Customers who purchase goods whilst in the
UK
, will be charged VAT at the
UK
rate, may on their return to their
Registered VAT address, reclaim the VAT by confirm proof of
Ex port of the goods in writing. Orders
sent to addresses outside the EEC (
USA

, Australia etc.) are not subject to VAT.

WARRANTY NEVTEX
guarantee that the goods supplied will comply with the description provided in the current advertised literature.However,
because of variation between dye lots, we cannot guarantee the colours supplied, will be an identical match with the colour of goods previously
purchased or sampled. Where goods
are required to match previously
purchases a cutting of the original colour should be provided and we will then
advise as to the similarity of colour
that can be provided. Please note
that the variation also occurs between
different fabrics of the same colour title and it is impossible to guarantee identical match.
Fluorescent & Bright dye shades may
have a lesser fastness
to light. All orders of
different fabrics in the same colour title are only accepted
by ourselves subject to this possible
variation. Please note that
samples can be obtained of the current stock
shade prior to any order being placed,
when the customer feels that this variation may cause a problem.
All goods supplied are of high
quality, but in circumstances when manufacturing faults or joins are required to
complete the quantity ordered, an allowance of
10 CMS will be given on each occasion.
All goods which have been cut or processed in any way by the
purchaser, will have been accepted by the purchaser and therefore cannot
be returned or exchanged. Similarly
any complaint in respect of faults in
the goods supplied, where the complaint has not been made within 28 days of purchase or forwarding, whichever is the later
will be dealt with on the basis that
the goods have been accepted by the purchaser and therefore cannot be rejected
by them. When goods do not comply with the description provided, or when no
allowance given, the item effected will, when accepted by the purchaser, be
replaced by return of post, subject to
availability, when the goods have been returned reasonably packed, Post Paid,
within 28 days.
The Contract of Sale is complete when your order is accepted by ourselves.
Once an order has been cut to
the instructions received, we cannot agree to any variation of the contract
which reduces the quantity of goods so
cut or processed. Therefore it is
only in circumstances where goods have
not been processed by ourselves that we are willing
and able to exchange goods wrongly ordered.
In these circumstances exchange will be made subject to all changes
incurred in the exchange, plus a
Handling charge compatible to the value of the goods returned
Although we supply high quality products, because of the nature of the articles
supplied, the only warranty in respect of these goods that can be given
or implied, cannot extend beyond the occasion of the
first use. It is however,
possible with specialised advice to prolong the life of these products, but no
liability is accepted in respect of
such advice, unless the request for the advice is given in
writing. Consumer statutory rights are not effected.
DELIVERY
We undertake to despatch your order by the next available post
on receipt of your order, placed in accordance with the above
mentioned Terms & Conditions, (
Holiday
, Saturday and Sundays excluded). Goods
required to be sent by Guaranteed
delivery service must be received by 11am in accordance with the Terms of the
Service requested. Orders
paid by Private or Business cheque are subject to an 8 day clearance delay.
In the event of the goods you
order, not being in stock, your order will be
held pending your instructions, unless you confirm our requirements on
such an event at the time of ordering.
Validation and Verification of Credit/Debit Cards may delay your order.
Goods paid by either Credit/Debit card may only be sent to the Card
Holders address, unless by special arrangement. Orders paid for by Paypal, may
be delayed and will only be sent when Paypal confirm that your payment has been
accepted and paid into the Nevtex Account.
All orders will be dispatched by the Freight company, according to weight and
service requested, unless otherwise specified at the time of ordering. In
case of delay in delivery through the Freight Company, H.M.Customs and Excise, Industrial Action, Riot, War or Terriorism, claims as
to loss , damage or delay will be reserved until completion of the Freight Companies enquiry.
Goods forwarded to the address supplied, which are not delivered or
collected from the Freight Company, Customs and
Excise office or Agent and returned to us by any or all of them, will be
returned to Nottingham, England by the
most economic method. All costs
incurred due to the return
or any order forwarded in accordance with the above Terms and Conditions
of Business, will be charged to the
customer or reclaimed
from
the value of goods returned. NEVTEX
supplies all orders Ex. Warehouse. All
charges, costs and expenses incurred after despatch is the total responsibility
of the Purchaser.
